A prominent pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Technical Sub-Project Manager for Drug Substance Upstream and Downstream biologics process equipment. In this role, you will guide projects to ensure compliance and operational readiness, managing budgets and collaborating with global stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in pharmaceutical equipment and project management. This is an on-site role in California, with an expected salary range of $109,900 – $204,100.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical biologics drug substance equipment.
• Experience managing international capital projects with budgets of 15 to 50m CHF.
• Operational experience with biopharmaceutical equipment like bioreactors and chromatography skids.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of biologics process equipment projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests and equipment commissioning.
