AT&T is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcing Management professional in Dallas to lead strategic sourcing for network and operations. You will negotiate contracts, draft agreements, and coordinate with finance, legal, and product teams to optimize costs and supplier performance.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. On-site presence in Dallas with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating contracts/agreements and evaluating supplier proposals.
• Understanding of network products and/or network build operations.
• Project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Negotiates contract terms and pricing and assists with performance and delivery problem resolution with suppliers.
• Drafts, reviews, and approves contractual documents.
• Leads cross-functional teams to develop supplier strategies and manage costs.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to define network requirements and procurement.
• Performs data analytics for financial analysis of vendor proposals and cost of ownership.
