Elanco Technology Center, Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Senior Technical Services / Manufacturing Sciences Associate to advance bioanalytical methods and support technology transfers across global QC labs.

The role emphasizes ELISA and qPCR assay development, lifecycle management, and close collaboration with TS/MS, QC, and manufacturing teams to drive robust process understanding and compliant laboratory work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field; or Master's degree in same fields.
• Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience in bioanalytical techniques, cell culture, microbiology, or virology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ELISA- and qPCR-based assays for antigen quantification and support manufacturing site investigations to enhance process understanding.
• Design and execute experiments, perform root cause investigations for assay deviations, and document all findings in electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and technical observation, collaborating with scientists to prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across TS/MS, Quality Control, and global manufacturing sites to facilitate successful method validations and transfers.
• Ensure all laboratory work complies with development quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
