Job summary

Adare Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Services Engineer in Vandalia, Ohio. The role supports solid oral dose manufacturing, process development, scale-up, and tech transfer with 3–5 years of related experience.

You will work across manufacturing, QA, and R&D, contribute to lean initiatives, and maintain compliant documentation, SOPs, and batch records. A BS/BA in a relevant field and strong GMP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in biology, chemistry, engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in manufacturing services.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support solid oral dose manufacturing and scale-up projects.
• Coordinate transfer in internal and external sites and maintain batch records.
• Provide training and mentorship to Formulations team members.
• Collaborate with QA, R&D and regulatory for compliance and investigations.
