Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is expanding its marketing division to drive growth across PPC, SEO and conversion optimization. The Technical SEO Specialist will own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership for paid search, paid social and organic channels.

This senior role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, joining sales calls, guiding internal and external specialists, and delivering measurable outcomes through data-driven roadmaps and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
• Ability to manage both paid and organic channels simultaneously.
• Experience presenting technical recommendations to clients and account executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across multiple industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and help close deals.
• Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit PPC campaigns, keywords, bidding structures, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building, programmatic pages and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, conversion attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA, coordinating priorities with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
