Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO Engineer to lead the roadmap across a complex, multi-platform web ecosystem. You will own the technical foundations, optimize crawl/indexing, and implement scalable SEO capabilities within Optimizely, WordPress, and custom apps.

Collaboration with SEO, Website Engineering, Product Marketing, and Marketing is critical to drive organic visibility and revenue. You will influence architecture, standards, and tooling, with a focus on AI-ready search and

Qualifications

8+ years in technical SEO or related discipline with leadership on large-scale sites.
Hands-on with JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS in codebase/CMS.
Experience with Optimizely and WordPress at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical SEO roadmap across Zoom's global web ecosystem.
Translate SEO/AEO requirements into designs and production implementations.
Own crawlability, indexability, canonicalization, sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data.
Build reusable SEO capabilities and automated tooling.
Drive Core Web Vitals and performance improvements.
Develop automated tests, monitoring, and CI/CD quality gates.
Define technical SEO standards across CMS platforms and custom apps.
Collaborate with multiple teams to align strategy with business outcomes.
