What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for R&D teams, focusing primarily on product design
- Conduct extensive research and market mapping to identify top talent and engage them effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, particularly in the product design field (UX, Research)
- Proven success in managing searches for senior stakeholders (Director level and above)
- Ability to build effective outbound and passive talent strategies in challenging markets
- Strong communication skills for aligning stakeholders and managing hiring processes
- Experience with AI tools to improve recruiting effectiveness while maintaining candidate quality
