Job description

About the Team:

The Talent & Culture team designs and delivers the programs and experiences that support Morningstar employees throughout their entire time here. From first contact through onboarding and beyond, we shape how people find, join, and grow at Morningstar. Recruiting is where that work begins.

The Role:

Morningstar's technology teams build tools and infrastructure that help investors make better decisions. Bringing the right people into those teams is work that matters.

As a Technology Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and products. You will work directly with technical hiring managers to understand what their teams need, build sourcing strategies grounded in market data, and guide candidates through a process that is clear, honest, and respectful from start to finish.

This role suits someone who takes recruiting seriously as a craft - someone who is genuinely curious about technology, comfortable working with data, and capable of earning credibility with both technical leaders and candidates.
