Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering in Los Alamos, NM is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) 4 to lead and deliver complex nuclear-related projects. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through initiation to turnover within a DOE/NNSA framework.

The TPM 4 role requires strong DOE/NNSA experience, EVMS familiarity, and the ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance. You will collaborate with program leadership to ensure safety, quality and compliance while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 12 years DOE/NNSA nuclear experience.
• Experience with D&D, construction, testing, and turnover in nuclear environments.
• EVMS experience, Control Account Manager or equivalent.
• DOE O 413.3B requirements and CDs review experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure timely completion of discrete technical project scope.
• Define and oversee project deliverables, budgets, schedules and risks.
• Lead project teams in planning, tracking and executing scope from initiation through turnover.
• Ensure alignment with Triad contract and NNSA requirements.
