The ideal candidate has strong experience in Professional/Managed Services, multisite deployments, and resource planning, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget. PMP/CAPM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in professional services or managed services.
• Experience leading external customer-facing technology projects for global financial customers.
• Experience with multisite technology deployments (Networking, Wireless, Wi-Fi, POS) and related infra.
• Strong understanding of project financial management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex technical projects and workstreams for Global Financial customers.
• Develop detailed project plans and WBS with dependencies and critical paths.
• Lead customer-facing project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Track milestones, risks, resources, deliverables, and financial performance.
• Manage resource plans across multiple projects and monitor budgets.
• Drive project execution using PM methodologies and tools.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
