Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Project Manager to lead full life cycle projects for a diverse customer base, ensuring scope is defined and resources are allocated to deliver on time and within budget. The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and collaboration with internal teams and clients to meet customer expectations.

Engineering background is preferred, with PMP and a Bachelor’s degree highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management standards and practices.
• Data management and problem-solving expertise.
• Experience with performance management and stakeholder relations.
• Change management and customer relations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders and determine their needs and expectations.
• Coordinate PM activities focusing on schedule, budget, risks, and mitigations.
• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate project work and monitor progress.
• Prepare cost accounting, budgets, statements of work, and status reports.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and vendors and resolve issues.
• Generate project status updates and manage day-to-day communications.
• Enforce project standards and revise work plans as needed.
• Coordinate communications between Nikkiso disciplines and project participants.
