Job description

At Amazon Healthcare Security (HealthSec), we are on a mission to make healthcare secure and easy. We are developing a patient centric healthcare experience that is personal, transparent, and convenient. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross organizational programs across our health portfolio.

You will own ambiguous, multi team initiatives end to end: defining program strategy, aligning engineering, science, legal, and product partners, and delivering measurable outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of security engineering, AI/ML, and healthcare regulation, translating fuzzy problems into crisp plans and shipping them.

  • Eliminate excess process, creating predictable mechanisms and paths to green that raise the delivery bar.
  • Mentor and develop other program managers, and contribute to hiring and technical promotion assessments.
