Job summary

Google is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the AI and Infrastructure space. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.

The role focuses on power solutions for data centers, integrating high voltage, medium voltage, storage, and generation technologies to meet demand.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
PE license or equivalent required.
8 years of experience in program or technical project management in the energy industry.
Experience leading transmission and distribution, substation, or mission critical utility projects.
Experience with HV-MV-LV hybrid infrastructure and energy management solutions.

Responsibilities

Support strategic development of phased power solutions for data centers, integrating HV/MV/LV with BESS and generation tech.
Drive design and engineering management of campus infrastructure with cross-functional partners.
Bridge commercial and technical operations ensuring conformance to NERC/FERC and regulatory frameworks.
Define a global reference architecture for on-site power generation optimizing cost, reliability and carbon reduction.
Evaluate emerging power technologies and build cases to support major capital investments.
