We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the development and delivery of the Power Systems that energize Leo's satellite constellation. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences how quickly and reliably we deploy satellites to orbit. The Power domain spans Power Electrical Engineering (EE) design, the Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHITL) test bench, and Power Design Verification Test (DVT) execution, all feeding the power architecture that every satellite subsystem depends on.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end technical program strategy for the systems that generate, store, condition, and distribute power across Leo satellites, from architecture and design through qualification testing and high-rate production. You will partner with cross-functional engineering teams across power electronics, embedded software, battery systems, test engineering, reliability, and manufacturing to ensure Power hardware meets the demanding requirements of space while scaling production for a constellation of thousands of satellites.
This role sits at the intersection of program management, systems engineering, hardware development, integration and test, and manufacturing scale-up. Success requires deep technical judgment, strong program leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across complex engineering organizations.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
