You will automate processes, define playbooks, and manage risks while aligning executive stakeholders.
Do you want to help the world build custom AI at scale? We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the technical strategy and execution of NVIDIA’s Forward Deployed Engineering engagements across NVIDIA Nemotron and NVIDIA Cosmos. This role turns each engagement into a customer success story, taking domain-specific AI from first idea to production. It combines a solution architect’s technical depth with engagement strategy and ecosystem alignment. Our FDE engagements run through the partner ecosystem, so each one involves three parties: NVIDIA, the partner, and the end customer. This leader is the key interface for all three, keeping them aligned from the first use-case conversation through model and harness customization to production. It’s a great fit for someone with strong technical depth, ecosystem experience, and a habit of using AI agents and tools to automate program work. Are you a program leader who delivers results, not just status updates? We’d love to meet you! NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us. If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!
This role sets the technical direction for each FDE engagement and serves as the main point of contact for NVIDIA, the partner, and the end customer. It turns each use case into a clear plan with scope, milestones, and success criteria, and keeps all three parties aligned from first conversation to production. Collaboration is central: build trust and shared goals across NVIDIA, partners, and customers. We run programs with agents. Automate everything that can be automated, including SOWs, status updates, meeting synthesis, and risk flags, so the team’s time goes to decisions and relationships. Build and share agent workflows, and review their output with good judgment. The work is technical. Work with FDEs and partner engineers to understand the use case, data, evaluation approach, and post-training and deployment path well enough to scope engagements and spot risks early. Shape the data and program strategy, make the technical decisions that drive outcomes, and use agents to surface issues sooner. Build the way we deliver- Define the processes and artifacts that make every engagement repeatable, and turn what works into playbooks, templates, and reusable agent workflows. Drive each engagement through delivery, work with legal and partner teams on agreements, data sharing, and compute access, and clear blockers early. Look across partners, use cases, open model builders, and cloud providers to see where NVIDIA adds the most value and spot repeating patterns. Work hand in hand with FDEs, sales, partner, and solutions teams, keep NVIDIA and partner priorities aligned, report progress to leadership, and bring the patterns and insights from the field back to Product, Engineering, and Research.
