Job summary

Google's Enterprise Product Strategy and Architecture (EPA) team is seeking a visionary Technical Program Manager / Enterprise Architect to lead BPM and Process Mining initiatives across the organization. You will plan requirements with internal customers and shepherd complex, multi-disciplinary projects through the full lifecycle.

You will partner with engineering pillars and executives, establish standards, drive adoption of tools like Signavio and LeanIX, and translate process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience establishing BPM and Process Mining programs.
  • Experience with BPM/Process Mining suites and EA platforms (e.g., Signavio, Celonis, LeanIX).
  • Experience leading cross-functional stakeholder management and communicating with executives.

Responsibilities

  • Pioneer, establish, and lead the long-term vision, standards, and governance for BPM and Process Mining.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of process mining tools (e.g., SAP Signavio) and integrate insights with enterprise repositories (LeanIX).
  • Define, track, and drive ROI metrics for process optimization.
  • Execute process and asset rationalization to eliminate redundancies and legacy workarounds.
  • Partner with all corporate engineering pillars to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience establishing and driving Business Process Modeling (BPM) and Process Mining programs.
  • Experience with leading industry Business Process Modeling and Process Mining suites (such as SAP Signavio or Celonis), and Enterprise Architecture platforms (such as LeanIX).
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and technical storytelling to align executive-level technical and business pillars.
  • Experience operating as a strategic player-coach, shifting between process modeling/tool configuration with engineering teams and high-level strategy mapping with executive leadership.

Operating as a strategic player-coach, you will hold a vital dual mandate. First, you will partner cross-functionally with all corporate engineering pillars to systematically identify high-impact opportunities for overall process improvement, actively leading and supporting their execution to drive tangible operational gains. Second, you will serve as the dedicated Enterprise Architecture (EA) Liaison for one or more core business Pillars. In this liaison capacity, you will cover a broad range of EA topics, including defining and driving architectural standards, establishing reusable design patterns, and establishing horizontal alignment.   • Drive the implementation and adoption of process mining tools (such as SAP Signavio) to automatically discover and analyze operational workflows. Integrate process mining insights with enterprise architecture repositories (such as LeanIX).
  • Define, track, and drive the objective, quantifiable measurement of process optimization benefits. Translate workflow efficiencies and process improvements into business-friendly Return on Investment (ROI) metrics.
  • Execute systematic process and asset rationalization strategies to identify and eliminate redundant steps, duplicate systems, and legacy manual workarounds.
  • Partner with all corporate engineering pillars to systematically identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Lead, support, and actively drive the execution of targeted process improvement initiatives.
