As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs. We are seeking a visionary, high-impact Enterprise Architect to join the Enterprise Product Strategy and Architecture (EPA) team within Corporate Engineering. In this role, you will be the pioneering leader responsible for introducing and establishing Business Process Modeling (BPM) and Process Mining capabilities across the organization. Operating as a strategic player-coach, you will hold a vital dual mandate. First, you will partner cross-functionally with all corporate engineering pillars to systematically identify high-impact opportunities for overall process improvement, actively leading and supporting their execution to drive tangible operational gains. Second, you will serve as the dedicated Enterprise Architecture (EA) Liaison for one or more core business Pillars. In this liaison capacity, you will cover a broad range of EA topics, including defining and driving architectural standards, establishing reusable design patterns, and establishing horizontal alignment.
