Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Architect, and BPM Lead in the United States (Austin or New York with flexibility). We are seeking a visionary, high-impact Enterprise Architect to join the Enterprise Product Strategy and Architecture (EPA) team within Corporate Engineering.

In this role, you will be the pioneering leader responsible for introducing and establishing Business Process Modeling (BPM) and Process Mining capabilities across the organization. Operating as a strategic player-coach, you will hold a vital dual mandate. First, you will partner cross-functionally with all corporate engineering pillars to systematically identify high-impact opportunities for overall process improvement, actively leading and supporting their execution to drive tangible operational gains.
Second, you will serve as the dedicated Enterprise Architecture (EA) Liaison for one or more core business Pillars. In this liaison capacity, you will cover a broad range of EA topics, including defining and driving architectural standards, establishing reusable design patterns, and establishing horizontal alignment.

  • Pioneer, establish, and lead the long-term vision, standards, and governance for introducing Business Process Modeling (BPM) and Process Mining across the organization.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of process mining tools (such as SAP Signavio) to automatically discover and analyze operational workflows. Integrate process mining insights with enterprise architecture repositories (such as LeanIX).
  • Define, track, and drive the objective, quantifiable measurement of process optimization benefits. Translate workflow efficiencies and process improvements into business-friendly Return on Investment (ROI) metrics.
  • Execute systematic process and asset rationalization strategies to identify and eliminate redundant steps, duplicate systems, and legacy manual workarounds.
  • Partner with all corporate engineering pillars to systematically identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Lead, support, and actively drive the execution of targeted process improvement initiatives.
