Job summary

Netflix in Los Gatos, CA seeks a Technical Program Manager to own high-impact, cross‑functional programs with Engineering, Product, and Data Science. You will partner with Finance, Talent, Legal, and Customer Support to deliver initiatives that scale the business and enhance the member experience.

You will decompose requirements into executable plans, manage risks and dependencies, and report progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical program management experience.
• Proven experience driving large-scale software projects and building scalable solutions.
• Ability to lead multiple programs with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of agentic capabilities applications.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of programs from inception to delivery with high agency.
• Lead multiple cross-functional programs delivering technical solutions with product, engineering, and data science.
• Decompose requirements into actionable execution plans with milestones; manage scope, schedule and risks.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership clearly and concisely.
• Lead Generative AI/ML initiatives with engineering and data science partners.
