Ditto is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own post-sales programs for select enterprise accounts. You will drive multi-threaded technical programs, translate customer needs into engineering deliverables, and orchestrate internal teams to ensure renewal outcomes and account success.
You will communicate with both engineering leads and executives, manage incidents, and contribute to refining the enterprise engagement model while working in a remote-friendly, nationwide environment.
Ditto is redefining how data moves at the edge. Our mission is to make it seamless for developers to build resilient, real-time applications, regardless of network conditions. Whether you're in a stadium, airplane, or remote military base, Ditto's peer-to-peer sync engine ensures devices stay connected and data stays consistent, even without internet. With more than $145 million in funding and trusted by organizations like Chick-fil-A, Delta Airlines, and the U.S. military, Ditto powers mission-critical experiences across aviation, retail, travel, hospitality, defense, and more. As a globally distributed, fast-growing startup, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the wide range of perspectives needed to solve the world's hardest connectivity problems.
Ditto's enterprise customers are building infrastructure on top of our platform. That means post-sales at Ditto is about delivery, not just adoption. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own the post-sale customer program for a small number of high-stakes enterprise accounts. You are the connective tissue between what customers need and what Ditto delivers.
You'll be managing complex, multi-threaded technical programs: driving implementations to production, translating customer requirements into engineering deliverables, orchestrating internal teams across engineering, product, FDE, and support, and owning the renewal outcome for every account in your portfolio. This role requires someone who can hold their own in a technical conversation with a customer's engineering team in the morning and run a renewal discussion with a VP in the afternoon.
If you've felt constrained by the shallow nature of traditional CSM work, or you want your program management skills to have meaningful commercial impact, this role is the antidote.
