Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA or remotely seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, customer-facing Databricks projects. You will own delivery across post-sales kickoff to final delivery, coordinating with architects, data engineers, cloud teams, and client stakeholders.

You will drive program health, governance, and measurable outcomes, while refining delivery processes and expanding expertise in modern cloud data architectures.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or delivery leadership of complex technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Databricks-focused programs across customer engagements.
• Translate SOWs and solution designs into actionable delivery plans with milestones.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and status reporting to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary program health owner, aligning with customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, cloud teams, and stakeholders.
• Define delivery processes and governance to improve predictability.
• Develop knowledge of Databricks and cloud data platforms to guide decisions.
