Job summary

Whatnot is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive delivery across Data Platform, Infrastructure, and ML teams. You will partner with engineering leaders to define roadmaps and scale streaming, real-time data, and AI infrastructure powering the product experience.

You will own the engineering roadmap, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure teams move rapidly while maintaining clarity for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and make decisions with limited information.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools to improve program workflows and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive the engineering roadmap, strategy, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
• Define requirements and technical roadmaps with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Design and improve engineering processes, planning rhythms, and execution frameworks.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, and insights to key teams and stakeholders.
• Unblock engineering teams and keep them moving at a rapid pace.
