SiriusXM is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑org, multi‑year initiatives spanning mobile, platform, and dependent systems. You’ll influence architecture, drive execution, and partner with senior leaders to deliver high‑quality software at scale.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of program leadership, strong communication, and experience with automation/AI tools. This role expects strategic thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years leading complex, cross-organizational technical programs.
Proven experience delivering software at scale to millions of users.
Strong architectural literacy across multiple systems and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience defining execution frameworks and operating rhythms at organizational scale.
Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and decision framing.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of mission-critical, multi-year programs spanning multiple engineering organizations.
Define program strategy and execution with senior product and engineering leadership.
Lead initiatives in ambiguous environments with clarity and structure.
Surface and resolve systemic cross-organizational risks and dependencies.
Institute org-wide program management frameworks, rhythms, and governance.
Remove blockers that impede execution across teams and domains.
Shape architectural conversations with deep technical understanding.
Craft executive-level narratives and decision-ready options.
Mentor Staff and Senior TPMs to raise execution excellence.
Serve as trusted advisor to Directors and VPs on delivery health and prioritization.
