Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
Experience leading complex software programs across multiple teams.
Strong communication and leadership for senior stakeholders.
Ability to translate scope into executable plans.

Responsibilities

Software Release Planning & Execution: Own integrated planning and execution for complex software releases spanning multiple products, platforms, and engineering teams.
Dependency, Change & Risk Management: Identify and manage cross-product technical dependencies, risks, and blockers; drive mitigation plans.
Release Governance & Leadership Visibility: Establish visibility into release health, milestones, dependencies, risks, scope changes, and key decisions; provide concise reporting.
Program Management Excellence: Define and mature scalable software program and release management processes and operating rhythms; drive continuous improvement.
