Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of significant, multi-team programs across our product portfolio, from kickoff to launch, while partnering with engineering, product, and business teams.

You will own plans, tracking dashboards, risk registers, cross-team coordination, and status updates to executive leaders. The role requires 10+ years in technical program mgmt, cloud and data analytics, Agile delivery, and foundational AI skills.

Qualifications

10+ years of technical program management experience, incl. 3+ years in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or data analytics.
Experience managing multi-team delivery programs with 20+ engineers.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS delivery.
Hands-on Agile delivery, sprint planning, and program-level tracking tools.
Excellent communication and facilitation for status reports.
Foundational AI skills to apply AI for outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across teams.
Build program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, milestone dashboards.
Coordinate cross-team decisions; run standups, syncs, steering reviews.
Translate status to crisp updates for leadership.
Identify delivery risks; lead retrospectives for improvements.
Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, docs, support, GTM.
Support data-driven prioritization with program metrics and trade-offs.
Apply AI to enhance productivity and impact.
