Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Manager, Technical Program Manager to drive multi-team programs across our product portfolio. You will own execution from kickoff to launch and collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners.

Lead planning, risk management, and stakeholder updates while enabling data-driven prioritization and AI-powered productivity initiatives. You will partner with PMs, tech leads, QA, documentation, and GTM teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

6+ years in technical program management for enterprise software, cloud or data analytics.
Experience leading multi-team delivery and large programs.

Responsibilities

Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across multiple engineering teams and product areas.
Build and maintain detailed program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and milestone dashboards.
Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making to keep programs on track with standups and reviews.
Translate program status into clear updates for product leadership and senior engineering audiences.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks early; drive retrospectives for process improvement.
Coordinate launch readiness activities across engineering, QA, documentation, support, and GTM teams.
Support data-driven prioritization by surfacing trade-offs and program metrics.
