Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of major, cross‑team technical programs across the product portfolio.

You will own execution from kickoff through launch while partnering with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver tangible outcomes. You will build and maintain detailed program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and dashboards; facilitate coordination across diverse teams; and translate status into crisp updates for leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of technical program management experience across enterprise software or data analytics.
Experience leading multi‑team delivery programs with 20+ engineers.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS product delivery cycles.

Responsibilities

Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across multiple teams.
Maintain program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and dashboards.
Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making; lead standups and reviews.
Translate status into updates for product leadership and engineering audiences.
Identify delivery risks early and drive continuous process improvement.
Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, docs, support, and GTM teams.
Surface trade-off analyses to leadership for data-driven prioritization.
