Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Sr. Manager Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of large, multi-team programs across our product portfolio. You will own execution from kickoff through launch, building strong relationships with engineering, product, and business partners.

You will coordinate milestones, risk, and dashboards, lead standups and reviews, translate status for leadership, and apply foundational AI to boost productivity and impact across the workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or data analytics.
• Experience managing multi-team delivery programs with engineering teams of 20+.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data systems for SaaS delivery.
• Hands-on Agile delivery, sprint planning, and program-level tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for status reporting and meetings.
• Foundational AI skills to improve outcomes in your domain.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams and product areas.
• Build and maintain detailed program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and milestone dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making; run standups, syncs, and steering reviews.
• Translate program status into crisp updates for product leadership and senior engineering audiences.
• Identify and elevate delivery risks; lead retrospectives to drive process improvements.
• Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, documentation, support, and GTM teams.
• Support data-driven prioritization by surfacing trade-off analyses to leadership.
• Apply foundational AI skills to explore ways AI can enhance productivity and impact.
