Akamai Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic cross-organization programs within the Cloud Technology Group Strategy & Operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage plans and risks, and drive agile transformation to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience, strong Agile background, and proven ability to navigate ambiguity while aligning stakeholders across a diverse enterprise.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.
• Significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, handle risks, and shift gears as needed.
• Experience with business process, operations, and metric definition best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; can inspire across levels without authority.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse constituencies in a large corporate environment.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

Compensation

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from $119,600 - $215,400/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
