Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a senior program leader to oversee a portfolio of Army data research and analytics initiatives. You will direct end-to-end program execution, including budgets, deliverables, subcontractors, and distributed teams across multiple concurrent projects.

You will lead data engineering, data science, and enterprise IT operations, shaping strategy and driving innovative solutions while ensuring compliance and successful risk management in a dynamic research environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing programs such as data platforms, engineering, data science, and analytics.
• 12+ years of experience building and sustaining partnerships with government organizations and senior government executives.
• 12+ years of leadership experience, including dispersed cross-functional teams in engineering, architecture, analytics, and AI/ML, including subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end program execution including budget, deliverables, subcontractors, and geographically distributed teams.
• Lead Agile development of project roadmaps, establish milestones, and implement metrics to track progress.
• Guide data engineering, data science, research, and enterprise IT operations teams to support analytical or AI platform environments.
• Recruit, hire, and staff high-performing teams aligned to mission needs and evolving project demands.
