Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale technology programs across multiple workstreams.
• Define scope, success criteria, and roadmaps with engineering, product, and business leaders.
• Establish governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and drive decision-making across business units.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business impacts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks; escalate when needed and drive solutions.
• Define and communicate key program metrics to measure progress and outcomes.
• Provide executive-ready reporting to senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Roll up sleeves to clarify requirements and remove blockers to maintain momentum.
