Job summary

Zoox is seeking a senior Product Manager to define and lead a key pillar of our vehicle experience across current and future platforms. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to define the vehicle experiences that delight customers and enable scalable operations.

You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, develop deep customer and market insights, and be the Product Owner across HW, FW, SW, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with the fluency to engage credibly with HW, FW, and SW teams.
• 8+ years of direct product management experience bringing 0->1 products to market in the automotive or AV space.
• You are a shrewd negotiator and can influence a wide array of stakeholders to quickly drive decisions and consensus.
• Balance long-term strategic objectives against near-term tactical wins.
• You’re a self-starter who has a track record of taking action and delivering.
• You’re adept at critical thinking and can navigate complex tradeoffs in a structured way.

We aim to set a new bar for vehicle experiences by focusing deeply on the needs of the rider and carefully curating every detail to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience. Our vehicle is purpose-built for differentiated rider experiences that will keep people coming back.

In this role, you will define and lead a key pillar of our vehicle experience across our currently deployed vehicles as well as our future platform. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary product development environment to define the vehicle and vehicle experiences that both delight customers and enable scalable operations.

$193,000 - $231,000 a year

Base Salary Range

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
