We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the Product-Tech function within Prime Video's US Planning & Audience Insights team. This team defines Prime Video's audience objectives and delivers the customer intelligence, analytics, and AI-powered solutions to optimize the PV US customer experience.
You'll own the product vision and technical roadmap for a portfolio of AI-powered tools and data platforms that shape the end-customer experience — directly influencing what content millions of Prime Video customers discover, when they see it, and how it's personalized to their preferences. Your products will drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, retention, and content satisfaction by powering smarter programming decisions, audience targeting, and marketing optimization.
You'll develop deep expertise in how content programmers, marketers, and leadership make decisions — spending time observing their workflows firsthand, identifying unarticulated needs, and translating those insights into product direction. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with data engineers, data scientists, and BI/analytics teams to bring that vision to life. You will also manage a small team of product managers.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
