Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle and translate needs into requirements and priorities.
• Conduct market research and competitive assessments to inform product decisions for Xumo Play.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, data, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Plan roadmaps for content discovery, personalization, user accounts, profiles, and identity-related experiences.
• Partner with Comcast to align on platform initiatives including authentication, privacy, and compliance.
