Job summary

Mirantis is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the Kubernetes-as-a-Service for k0rdent AI, the control plane for GPU infrastructure and distributed AI workloads. You will define strategy, roadmap, and priorities for how Neocloud operators deploy and run managed Kubernetes on their GPU infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management owning a Kubernetes product or managed Kubernetes service.
• Hands-on familiarity with Cluster API and Kubernetes distributions (k0s, kubeadm) and hosted control planes.
• Fluency in multi-tenancy: RBAC, admission control, network policy, quotas, and kubeconfig lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience running Kubernetes on bare metal with node provisioning, CNI, load balancing, and NVIDIA GPU Operator.
• Experience on the provider side of a service, e.g., cloud/hosting platform.
• Experience configuring or deploying SLURM on Kubernetes (Slinky, Soperator, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for k0rdent AI Kubernetes services and managed Kubernetes offering.
• Translate requirements from NeoClouds, GPU clouds, telcos, sovereign clouds, and enterprise teams into clear product direction.
• Collaborate with engineering/architecture to define requirements and ship secure, scalable cluster lifecycle capabilities.
• Manage the Kubernetes backlog and refine roadmap priorities based on deployments and partner feedback.
• Define positioning, packaging, and competitive differentiation for k0rdent AI Kubernetes services.
• Create field-facing assets and reference architectures; support strategic accounts as Kubernetes product lead.
• Represent Mirantis at events, analyst briefings, and customer advisory boards; engage partners on reference architecture alignment.
