Job summary

Amazon's Trust CX Innovations team is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for Ambient Trust across perceiving surfaces. You will define how always-on devices respect the physical space and people, translating insights into shipped customer experiences.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Science, Design, Hardware, Legal, and Privacy to make trust a reason customers choose our devices, from real-time visual features to broad ambient transparency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical product management for AI/ambient sensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ambient Trust across perceiving surfaces (including voice, vision, and ambient sensing).
• Define the customer experience for ambient transparency and control.
• Advance real-time visual understanding experiences toward dependable activation, accuracy, broader device coverage, and proactive, opt-in capabilities.
• Write the narratives and requirements that align leadership and partner teams, and represent Ambient Trust in cross-organization reviews with Product, Hardware, Engineering, Legal, Responsible AI, and Privacy.
• Define the metrics that prove ambient experiences are both trusted and useful, and use them to prioritize.
