Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex SPARC engineering projects within the PMO. You will develop plans for engineering, procurement, and construction of highly engineered systems and guide the team to meet strict budgets and timelines.

The role requires 7+ years in engineering or project management, strong communication, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence, MS Project, and P6.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering and/or project management.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong planning, scheduling methods and techniques.
• Experience with design reviews such as CDR, PDR, FDR.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Familiar with MS Project, P6 or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Drive SPARC project initiatives from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive plans for engineering, procurement, and construction of processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts, and procurement specialists.
• Establish milestones and ensure deliverables meet budget and schedule.
• Maintain detailed project plans and align Jira/Confluence data with field execution.
• Track project progress and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Communicate progress through regular updates and management briefings.
