Job summary

Nuvia Staffing in Culver City, CA is seeking a Technical Product Manager to serve as an in-house lead. You will partner with AI contractor teams to build prototypes, MVPs and internal tools, balancing priorities across multiple ventures.

You will own both technical product thinking and hands-on execution, with potential to hire and manage builders as the portfolio scales. The pay range is 100,000 – 150,000 USD per year in Culver City, CA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or a hybrid product/engineering role with hands-on building experience including scripting, front-end/back-end development, no-code prototyping.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with incomplete information and no dedicated team.
• Strong technical fluency: read code, understand architecture, and make build/buy/integrate decisions.
• Experience taking a product from zero to a working version, preferably in a startup or early-stage environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, connecting technical execution with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction, technical scope, and priorities across ventures still finding product-market fit.
• Translate early-stage ideas into clear requirements, PRDs, and success metrics.
• Balance build-now vs. later given shared resources across portfolio projects.
• Personally build MVPs or prototypes and oversee integrations and lightweight tooling.
• Move between 2–4 active projects, standardizing basic documentation and architecture decisions.
• Define and grow the builder/product function as portfolio scales.
