Job summary
OU Education Services LLC in Colorado Springs is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Enterprise Systems & Integrations to lead delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives across our CRM, data platforms, integrations, migration, automation, and AI solutions.
This is a hands-on role that partners with architects, engineers, analysts, vendors, and business leaders to translate technical complexity into executable plans and measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Leading and managing technical teams with enterprise delivery experience.
- Direct Salesforce delivery, configuration, or integrations experience.
- Data warehouse or data lake experience, including migration and validation.
- 5+ years of technical project management or enterprise delivery experience.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, data integration concepts, and security.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise technology initiatives from discovery to stabilization.
- Build integrated delivery plans aligning architecture, requirements, data, and testing.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and leaders to drive outcomes.
- Lead data migration, testing strategy, and cutover planning.
- Use SQL, logs, and API outputs to validate issues and support problem-solving.
