Qualifications

• 4+ years in Micro Frontend Architecture using Module Federation, Webpack, Shared components
• 3+ years with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Batch
• 3+ years with Oracle, MongoDB, SQL/NoSQL databases
• 3+ years BPM and workflow automation
• 3+ years Kafka, Pub/Sub, Event-Driven Architecture
• Strong REST APIs, Microservices, UI/API integration and cloud solutions
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum, automated testing frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive architecture, design reviews, coding best practices, and development standards.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React.js and Micro Frontend Architecture.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and messaging platforms.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and Agile development practices.
