Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of directly related technical editing experience.
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish technical documentation including FRDs, SOPs, and user guides.
• Capture meeting minutes from working groups, stakeholder meetings, and governance forums.
• Produce executive summaries and information papers for leadership.
• Maintain document version control and configuration management.
• Ensure documentation compliance with IC and DoD standards for technical writing.
• Support Congressional briefings on DoD CI operations and data management initiatives as necessary.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports on data management activities and performance metrics.
