The role requires independent work in a team, adapting to evolving needs, and delivering high-quality documentation on schedule. Remote work is available with standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• 5+ years of related experience preparing technical documentation.
• Excellent writing/editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Confluence.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and version control procedures.

Aufgaben

• Researching and compiling technical data for use in manuals, training materials, and other documentation.
• Developing and maintaining SOPs, procedures, training materials, and audit-ready artifacts.
• Translating technical information into clear, readable documentation for technical and non-technical users.
• Organizing and maintaining documents in a documentation repository.
• Proofreading and providing feedback on materials prepared by peers.
