The role requires translating complex technical specifications for varied audiences and delivering high-quality documentation. You will use Arbortext Editor, IADS, and related tools, collaborating with product developers and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with MIL standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, or related field with six years of applicable experience, or four years with a master's degree, or eight years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead editor/writer for operator, maintainer, and software configuration manuals.
• Write, rewrite, and edit technical documentation with ArborText Editor and IADS.
• Translate and communicate technical specifications for diverse audiences.
• Prepare illustrative materials, drawings, diagrams, and charts; conduct quality reviews.
• Publish ETMs, IETMs, SUMS, SAMs, and TBs per contract requirements.
