SBH Fashion is seeking a Technical Designer for Dresses to translate design vision into a production-ready garment. You will lead fit sessions, communicate with vendors and global offices, and ensure accurate measurements, construction details, and timely information flow.

With 7+ years in technical design, you will develop technical packs, provide grading guidelines, and collaborate with Product Development, Design, and Production to keep development and production on schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of technical design experience in apparel
• Experience translating design to production-ready garments
• Strong knowledge of fit, specs and patterns
• Proficient with PLM, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel

Aufgaben

• Manage product lifecycle from showroom sample through pre-production fit approval.
• Oversee pre-production sample development to meet design specifications and quality.
• Develop comprehensive technical packs and final graded specifications.
• Lead live fit sessions and issue timely fit comments to align with production timelines.
• Provide grading guidelines to vendors after fit approval to preserve design integrity.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Design and Production to maintain timelines.
• Create and manage WIP reports for development tracking and garment delivery.
