Job summary

National Computer Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Data Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise and deep domain knowledge in Investment Banking, especially DCM and ECM. The role focuses on end-to-end business analysis, data modeling, and delivering solutions across business and technology teams.

You will lead requirements, collaborate across stakeholders, and leverage SQL and BI tools to drive data-driven decisions in a contract environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, preferably in DCM/ECM.
• Strong requirements management, business process analysis and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis and data modeling.
• Experience with UML, process modeling and system analysis.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations and SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on data migration and data quality management.
• Exposure to BI/reporting tools (Power BI, QlikView, Cognos, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and management across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare BRD, FRD/FRS, and SRS.
• Collaborate with business, technology and vendor teams to deliver solutions.
• Support Agile delivery and manage stakeholder communications across functions.
• Create process flows, business workflows, and solution documentation.
• Apply UML concepts including Use Case, Activity, Sequence, and ERDs.
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and root-cause investigations using SQL.
• Develop conceptual and logical data models and ensure data quality standards.
• Work with APIs, system integrations, and interface specifications.
• Support data migration initiatives including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Leverage BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Cognos, or Tableau for reporting and analytics.

The role requires strong business analysis, stakeholder management, data modelling and analysis, and project delivery capabilities to drive end-to-end initiatives across business and technology teams.

• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FRD/FRS), and System Requirements (SRS).
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Apply UML (Unified Modeling Language) concepts including Use Case, Activity, Sequence, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).
