Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a creative front-end developer to grow with a fast-moving, customer-focused team. You'll craft high-quality UI experiences for the Life Sciences CRM ecosystem and collaborate with customers and consultants on technical and functional design.

This remote, full-time role supports our growing Technical Services team, working on Vault CRM and X-Pages in a customer-facing capacity. Occasional travel near airports may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of development or technical consulting experience.
• Experience in front-end web development.
• Some experience in cloud-based.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evangelize custom user experiences with data-driven workflows.
• Direct customer-facing workshops and own project success and solution design.
• Design and implement custom UIs in Veeva CRM & Vault CRM (Vue.js, JavaSDK).
• Develop internal and external tools for customers and consultants.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team and customers.

Our Technical Services Team is growing to meet the needs of our ever‑ growing customer base. Vault CRM is the premier cloud-based CRM system used by the Life Sciences Industry, built on the Veeva Vault platform. Technical Architects like you will help craft unique user experiences with CRM X-Pages. Come grow with us.

This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. This is a customer‑facing role and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet travel requirements.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and evangelize custom user experiences, with an emphasis on data‑driven workflow
• Direct customer‑facing workshops, "own" project success, and overall solution design (both technical and functional)
