Job summary

NBBJ is seeking an experienced Architect to strengthen and grow our Healthcare practice, focusing on key accounts and repeat-client relationships. The role spans from strategic tenant improvements to complex corporate campuses, requiring strong Revit/BIM fluency, coordination, and construction administration.

The successful candidate will lead design teams, communicate clearly with clients and consultants, and ensure design intent and code compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in interiors or architectural field, with corporate/workplace projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related design discipline.
• Architectural licensure preferred; LEED/WELL accreditation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design and development work from early design through construction administration.
• Collaborate with clients to identify objectives and communicate technical implications clearly.
• Develop contract documents for new buildings and alterations, including drawings and specs.
• Coordinate consultants and internal disciplines for integrated project delivery.
• Lead and mentor team members on documentation standards and Revit workflows.
