Qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Analyst or similar supporting software teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical design for developers.
- Experience creating SDDs/TDDs, system/process flows and diagrams.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and architecture.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases; PostgreSQL experience helpful.
- Experience with MuleSoft integration tooling and concepts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Create and contribute to SDDs, TDDs, process flows and diagrams.
- Review designs with Architects and obtain sign-off on solutions.
- Break designs into Jira stories for development teams.
- Act as a technical bridge among Product, Architecture and Development.
- Own integration analysis and design, including MuleSoft work.
- Understand data movement from backend systems to platforms like Salesforce.
