Job summary

Charles Schwab’s Corporate Vendor Management (CVM) team is seeking a Sr. Sourcing Manager, Technology to lead procurement projects spanning negotiation, contracting, sourcing and category management.

You will consolidate opportunities, manage vendor relationships and drive value in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong negotiation, contract acumen, and collaboration with Finance, Legal and Risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology procurement including hardware/software/telecom.
• Experience negotiating tech Master Agreements and deals > $10M.
• Strong research, analytics, and market insight.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tech vendor projects in a high-volume environment.
• Develop negotiation plans to maximize value and savings.
• Negotiate complex contracts such as Master Cloud Agreements.
• Build and manage supplier category plans.
• Provide procurement-related recommendations, reports, trainings, metrics.
• Assess risks and dependencies with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report status to procurement mgmt.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Risk to ensure policy compliance.
