Qualifications

• 10+ years of architectural experience with strong technical delivery skills.
• Advanced Revit/BIM capability.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and code compliance.
• Proven ability to mentor and train younger staff.
• Confident communicator, comfortable in front of clients.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical delivery of major projects across multiple sectors.
• Producing and coordinating construction documentation and technical detailing.
• Mentoring and training junior and mid-level architects.
• Working closely with project managers and design teams to carry concepts through to completion.
• Acting as a client-facing technical representative when required.
