Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in IT, Business or related field.
• 4+ years of technical program and project management with technical teams.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall methods.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Budget tracking and cost-benefit analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver project plans aligned with business strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet schedules and budget goals.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and manage change control processes.
• Communicate program status to executives and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior PMs and support PMO initiatives.
